Default Slight pain help

First off i have already searched and didnt get the results i was looking for so i am making my own thread.

I ride a 2004 749d and have been starting to get a slight pain in my wrists when riding. was curious the best solution for this as far as buying parts. are clip ons best, bar risers best, you guys tell me. I would also like to know where to buy what you recomend and how hard the install was thanks guys, just want to get this sorted before the pain becomes much worse

Work on your abs. That will allow you to provide more support from your core.

Try adjustingthe way you ride and also change out your grips. If you are riding stiff armed you, are putting all your weight on your wrists. A little bend in your arms and you should be able to relieve some of the pressure and pain. If you have pics of you riding, I am sure more suggestions can be given instead of you having to spend a lot of money.

I'm 6'2" just be conscious of your position and relax your shoulders, bend the elbows as DT999 suggested, and be sure to use your abs to support your upper body. The more you ride the less pain you'll feel. The only change I've made as far as the ergonomics are concerned is rearsets. Not sure if that change in position would affect pfessure on your wrists, although it does reposition your lower body which certainly changes your overall position.

I'm 6', 154 lbs, and 55 years old with a few bad posture habits. I found that my new 999 just wasn't comfortable enough. Twenty-five years of pushing a mouse around a mouse pad has resulted in a moderate amount of carpal tunnel syndrome. I found that by moving the seat forward a centimeter, switching to the Speedymoto clip-on, and working on relaxing on the bike while strengthening my abs has resulted in an almost pain free ride. Now if I could only control the absurd amount of heat coming off the lower left side I'd be very happy.

I saw an ad for these gloves in one of the magazine. I haven't tried them, but...
